Very strange as we do treat our staff very well and arrange regular parties, even invited to our own house ! But we had to let one recent employee go as all he wanted to do was cause trouble, complained about everybody and we now regret ever taking him on and now we are getting these comments. It is a shame that he has gone down to this sort of level but I am glad that he has gone, our replacement chef has fitted in very well and we have a happy team again ! Interesting comment !
